Sofia Carbone founded Piatti in 2025 to fill a void she constantly ran into planning events. Every caterer she spoke to had cookie cutter menus, no creativity, and took every shortcut possible. Additionally, hiring separate food and beverage caterers left events having a sense of disconnect. By offering both food and beverage catering, Piatti is able to create seamless, paired menus. No more miscommunications, palate clashing, and mismatch menus. One team, working together to bring the same vision alive.

Don’t worry—we don’t just do Italian. Our team holds diverse cultural and culinary backgrounds, allowing us to accommodate an expansive variety of flavors and styles.

Piatti not only has a commitment to your ideas, but also your health. We never use seed oils. Everything is made in-house—even our bread! Our baked goods use real and less sugars. For us, it is not about sticking to a diet, but making sure we are serving pristine quality and flavors.
